Allergy information is sensitive

Allergy details you give us are used for one purpose: deciding what we can safely bake and warning our kitchen staff. We share that information only with the people preparing your order and we do not use it for marketing.

Payment information

Card payments are handled by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers on our systems. Please never send card numbers by email, text or through this website's form.

4. Photographs Of Your Cake

We photograph finished cakes before they leave our kitchen. Those images document our work and may be used on our website, portfolio and social pages. We do not publish your name, your street address or your event details without permission. If you prefer that your cake never appears publicly, tell us when you order and we will note it on your file.

Photographs you send us as reference are used only to design your cake.

5. Communications

When you contact us or place an order you consent to be contacted by phone, text or email about your inquiry, quote and order. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of marketing messages at any time. Messages about an active order, pickup timing and payment are not marketing and will continue.

6. Social Media

When you message us through Facebook or Instagram, that conversation is also held by those platforms under their own privacy policies, which we do not control. For anything sensitive, including allergy details and payment matters, please call or email us directly.

7. Data Retention

Inquiry records are kept for a reasonable follow up period. Order records, design notes, allergy notes and financial records are kept for the periods required by Florida law, our insurers and applicable tax rules. Design files are often kept longer so we can recreate or match a cake for you in future years.

8. Security

We apply reasonable safeguards to protect information in our care. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

10. Children

Our services are directed to adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. Cakes are frequently ordered for children, but the ordering customer is an adult and only their information is collected.
