2. Pricing

All prices, ranges, per serving figures and starting points on this website, including those on the homepage and pricing page, are planning estimates drawn from past orders. They are not quotes. Actual pricing depends on size, tier count, flavor, filling, finish, the amount of hand detail, delivery distance and current ingredient costs. Only a written order confirmation establishes a price.

3. Ingredient Costs Move

Butter, eggs, chocolate, vanilla and fresh fruit all move in price, sometimes sharply and with little notice. Figures on this site may be out of date at any given moment. Always confirm current pricing before setting a budget.

4. Color Panels Are Illustrations

The color panels and patterned swatches shown throughout this site, including on the gallery and flavor sections, are decorative design illustrations. They are not photographs of the cakes described, and they are not accurate representations of cake color, flavor or finish. Screens vary widely in calibration. 5. Handmade Variation

Every cake is made by hand and is a one of a kind item. Color, texture, piping and floral placement vary between cakes, and no two will be identical. Buttercream shifts deep colors warmer than a printed swatch. Reasonable variation is a characteristic of handmade work, not a defect.

6. Serving Estimates

Serving counts on this site are industry standard estimates based on defined slice sizes. Actual servings depend entirely on how the cake is cut. A generous hand will get fewer servings from the same cake. If exact headcount coverage is critical, tell us and we will size up or add a kitchen sheet cake.

7. Flavor Availability

Seasonal flavors and fresh fruit fillings depend on supply and are not always available. Some flavors, including tres leches, are not structurally suitable for tiered cakes. We confirm what is actually available at the time you order.

8. Lead Times

Stated lead times are minimums, not promises of availability. Our calendar fills, and meeting a minimum notice period does not mean a given date is open.

9. Allergens And Nutrition

Nothing on this site should be read as a claim that any product is free of an allergen. Our kitchen handles major allergens daily on shared equipment. 10. Cake Care After Delivery

Cakes are perishable and are affected by heat, humidity, sunlight and movement. Once a cake is in your care, its condition depends on how it is transported, stored and displayed. We are not responsible for a cake held outside the guidance we provide.

Where a customer supplies a reference photo, we produce our own interpretation rather than a reproduction. We do not claim ownership of designs originated by others, and we do not reproduce copyrighted characters or trademarks where doing so would infringe rights.
