Cake flavors
Year round flavors are always available. Seasonal flavors rotate and are listed when in season.
Vanilla Bean
Butter cake with real vanilla bean. Goes with everything. Our most ordered flavor by a wide margin.
Dark Chocolate
Deep cocoa, tender crumb, not overly sweet so the filling can carry the sugar.
Strawberry
Real strawberry puree in the batter. Naturally pink, no artificial flavor.
Pistachio
Ground pistachio with a light almond finish. Excellent with white chocolate.
Tres Leches
Sponge soaked in three milks under whipped meringue. Not suitable for tiered construction.
Ube
Purple yam with coconut. Seasonal availability depending on supply.
Dulce de Leche
Caramel crumb built for slow cooked dulce de leche filling.
Red Velvet
Cocoa and buttermilk with the classic tang. Cream cheese is the natural partner.
Almond
Delicate and fragrant. A quiet favorite for weddings and showers.
Lemon
Bright citrus crumb with real zest. Best with lemon curd or raspberry.
Carrot
Spiced with walnuts and pineapple. Cream cheese buttercream only.
Marble
Vanilla and chocolate swirled together for the people who cannot choose.
Fillings & frostings

Fondant costs more than buttercream because it takes far more labor. It is the right call for sharp geometry, sculpted shapes and outdoor events in Florida heat where buttercream struggles.
Serving guide
How much cake do you need?
Party servings are the generous slices people actually cut at a birthday. Dessert servings are the smaller portions standard at weddings, where cake follows a full dinner. Both numbers are listed so you can plan honestly.
A common mistake is buying by the look of a cake rather than the headcount. A dramatic three tier cake may serve fewer people than a plain half sheet. If servings matter more than height, we can add a hidden sheet cake in the kitchen to cut and plate from.
Allergen notice
Our kitchen works with wheat, eggs, milk, butter, soy, tree nuts and peanuts daily on shared equipment and surfaces. We cannot guarantee any cake is free of a given allergen.
We can avoid deliberately adding a specific ingredient where possible, and we will tell you plainly when we cannot serve a severe allergy safely.
Full detail on our Allergen and Food Safety page.
