Cake Cravers, Inc. is committed to making cakecravers.site usable by as many people as possible, including visitors who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or other assistive technology.

1. Our Standard

We work toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, which explain how to make web content more accessible to people with visual, hearing, cognitive and motor disabilities.

• A skip to main content link for keyboard and screen reader users
• Labels on every form field, with errors shown in text rather than color alone
• Visible keyboard focus styles on links, buttons and form controls
• Color combinations chosen for readable contrast
• Responsive layouts that work with zoom and on small screens without horizontal scrolling
• Accessible labels on gallery filter controls and social links
• Pricing and serving tables built with proper header cells for screen readers

3. Ordering Without The Website

You never have to use this website to order a cake. Everything on it can be handled by phone, and we are happy to take your whole order that way, read the flavor and filling list aloud, describe design options, and read your written confirmation back to you before anything is charged.

4. In Person And At Pickup

Tell us at the time of ordering if you need help carrying a cake to your vehicle, need extra time at pickup, or would like a companion or assistant included in a tasting appointment. If getting to our shop is difficult, ask about delivery, which we can often arrange even for smaller orders.

5. Allergy And Dietary Information

We will provide full ingredient information in whatever format is most usable for you, including reading it aloud by phone or sending it in plain text. Our Allergen and Food Safety page is written in plain language for the same reason.

6. Ongoing Work And Feedback

Accessibility is continuous rather than a one time project. We review pages as content changes and correct issues as they are found. Third party content such as embedded maps and social feeds is governed by its own provider. If anything on this site prevents you from ordering or finding information, please tell us. We aim to respond within two business days.
